How to shop a certified Ford at Team Ford Las Vegas
- Start on the live page. Open Ford CPO inventory and filter by model, year and mileage. For trucks, the certified F-150 page is the fastest start.
- Confirm the certification level. Check whether the vehicle is Gold or Blue Certified on the listing and the window sticker. The level decides the warranty and roadside coverage in the table above.
- Ask for the paperwork. Per Ford, every Blue Advantage vehicle comes with a CARFAX Vehicle History Report. Ask to see it, and ask whether the completed inspection checklist is available for that VIN.

Is a certified Ford worth it over a regular used Ford?
It depends on the vehicle and how much risk you want to carry. A certified Ford has passed Ford’s inspection for its level and comes with Ford’s limited warranty coverage and roadside assistance for that level. A non-certified used Ford can still be a good buy, especially if you get an independent inspection. If the vehicle you want is older or higher-mileage than Gold allows, Blue Certified (up to 10 years and under 150,000 miles, per Ford) is the level to look for.
