New Ford Cargo Vans & E-Transit for Sale in Las Vegas: What’s in Stock, Which Roof Height Fits, and How to Order Yours

White cargo vans at a Las Vegas dealership

Short answer: As of November 2, 2026, Team Ford Las Vegas at 5445 Drexel Rd, Las Vegas, NV 89130 listed 5 new Ford Transit Cargo Vans (four 2027s and one 2026, all with the 3.5L V6 gas engine and rear-wheel drive) and 1 new E-Transit Cargo Van (a 2025 T-350, Medium Roof, 148-inch wheelbase). The quickest way to pick a van is to start with roof height: Ford lists a 52.8-inch max cargo height for the Low Roof, 67.6 inches for the Medium Roof and 77 inches for the High Roof. If the van you need isn’t on the lot, we can help you order one built for your route. All vans are subject to prior sale.

This guide is for the plumbers, HVAC techs, electricians, cleaners and delivery crews who work out of the northwest valley, from Centennial Hills (89149, 89131) and Lone Mountain (89129) to Skye Canyon (89166), Summerlin West (89138) and Aliante and North Las Vegas (89084, 89031), plus businesses running routes out to Pahrump (89048, 89060). We left prices out because they change daily and vary by van. For a deeper, trade-by-trade configuration walkthrough, see our Ford Transit Cargo Van Guide for Las Vegas Businesses.

Which Transit roof height do I need?

Pick the roof first. It decides whether your crew stands up inside, what fits on the shelves and which parking garages you can still use. These are Ford’s Transit Cargo Van figures from ford.com:

RoofOverall height (spec bar)Max interior cargo heightGood fit in Las Vegas
Low82.7 in52.8 inHotel, hospital and apartment garages with posted clearance limits; long items ride on a roof rack
Medium99.8 in67.6 inShelving and bins for HVAC, electrical and cleaning crews who mostly work outside the van
High110 in77 inStand-up work inside the van, tall equipment, parcel and multi-stop routes

Two quick checks before you choose:

  • Measure your tightest stop. Compare the overall height with the posted clearance at the garages and gates you use every week, then add the height of any ladder rack.
  • Measure your tallest load. If a water heater, a rolled condenser coil or a stack of boxes won’t fit under 67.6 inches, look at the High Roof.

Which length? Regular, Long or Extended

LengthOverall lengthWheelbaseThink about it when
Regular217.8 in130 inYou work tight cul-de-sacs and crowded supply-house lots
Long235.5 in148 inYou want shelving down both sides and still park in a standard space
Extended263.9 in148 in Extended LengthYou need the most floor; Ford’s 487.3 cu ft max cargo volume is High Roof Extended

Ford’s From the Road 2026 Transit overview puts Cargo Van volume behind the seats at 246.7 to 487.3 cubic feet, depending on roof and length. On today’s lot, the two T-350 High Roof Extended Length vans are the biggest boxes, and the 2026 T-250 Medium Roof on the 130-inch wheelbase is the easiest to park.

How we’d think about it in the northwest valley:

  • E-Transit suits a crew that starts and ends at the same shop every day, like a cleaning or electrical company based near Centennial Hills (89149) running calls through Lone Mountain (89129), Skye Canyon (89166) and Summerlin West (89138), and that can charge overnight. Ford added a standard vapor-injection heat pump on the 2026 E-Transit, which Ford says helps the efficiency of both heating and cooling, a real plus in a Las Vegas July. Real range drops with heavy loads and A/C, so plan on Ford’s Medium Roof figure as a best case. The E-Transit on our lot is a 2025, so check its window sticker for that van’s rated range. Our EV charging page covers shop and home charging setup.
  • Gas Transit is the safer pick for long or unpredictable days, such as a contractor in Aliante or North Las Vegas (89084, 89031) who also takes jobs in Pahrump (89048, 89060). Our November 1 route check had most of Pahrump at 62 to 72 miles from Drexel Rd each way. It’s also the choice if you tow a trailer or need the highest payload.

2026 vs 2027 Transit: what changed

Four of the five gas vans on our lot are 2027s. According to Ford:

  • 2026 refresh: a new 8-inch digital cluster, SYNC 4 with a 12-inch center screen as standard, a 5G modem with Wi-Fi for up to 10 devices, built-in access to Ford Pro Telematics and fleet management tools, and available Close Assist on Medium and High Roof cargo vans.
  • 2027: Ford lists the Ford Security Package (theft alerts, remote lockdown and recovery services) as newly available.

Upfit-ready: factory packages to ask about

If you plan shelving, ladder racks or a full body build, set up the van for it at order time. Ford lists these factory packages for 2026 Transit:

  • Electrician Trade Package
  • General Contractor Trade Package
  • Builders Prep Package
  • Upfitter Package
  • Wall Liner Kit
  • Heavy Duty Trailer Tow Package
  • RV Prep Package

On the Cargo Van, Ford also lists available Shelving and Vocational/Trade Packages. Bring your upfitter’s spec sheet when you talk to us so the roof, length and options match the build. For the used side, see our used Ford Transit buying checklist. We had no used Transit cargo vans listed on November 2.

How to buy a cargo van at Team Ford in 5 steps

  3. Ask for the window sticker and door-jamb label photos on each van so you can check the exact payload.
  4. Value your current work vehicle with our trade tool, and talk with your CPA about Section 179 before you sign.

Which Transit roof height do I need?

Choose by the tallest thing you carry and the lowest clearance you park under. Ford lists max interior cargo height at 52.8 inches for the Low Roof, 67.6 inches for the Medium Roof and 77 inches for the High Roof. Overall heights are about 82.7, 99.8 and 110 inches.

What’s the difference between the 148-inch and the 148-inch Extended Length Transit?

Both ride on the 148-inch wheelbase. The Long body is 235.5 inches overall and the Extended Length body is 263.9 inches, which adds floor space behind the wheels. Ford’s largest cargo volume, 487.3 cubic feet, is the High Roof Extended Length van.

Is the E-Transit a good fit for Las Vegas?

It fits best on predictable routes that return to a shop with charging each night. Ford lists up to 166 miles of range on the Low Roof and 155 on the Medium Roof, and real range drops with heavy loads and A/C. For long or unpredictable days, or towing, look at the gas Transit.

Can I order a Transit configuration that isn’t on the lot?

Yes. Ford builds the Transit Cargo Van in three roof heights and three lengths, with optional AWD and the 3.5L EcoBoost. Contact Team Ford Las Vegas to spec and order one, including factory trade and upfit packages.

Conclusion + next steps

Picking a cargo van comes down to three questions: how tall your loads are, how far you drive each day and where you park. Start with roof height, match the length to your shelving, then decide between gas and electric based on your routes.
