Short answer: For 2027, Ford’s Bronco lineup has eight series (Base, Big Bend, Outer Banks, Badlands, Heritage Edition, RTR, Filson and Raptor), a new 3.0L EcoBoost V6 on more trims, a 5G modem on every series, and a new color called Neptune Blue. The 2.7L EcoBoost V6 and the Stroppe Edition are gone. This post walks through what Ford’s 2027 Bronco order guide, dated October 13, 2026, says, and what it means for driving in Las Vegas.
Whether your weekend is Red Rock, Valley of Fire, a Mojave two-track or Lake Mead, the 2027 lineup gives you more ways to build it. Team Ford Lincoln Las Vegas (12x President’s Award, 19x Partners in Quality, 8x Triple Crown) is at 5445 Drexel Rd, and our Bronco team can talk through any of it. Features, options and package content are subject to change, so check teamfordlasvegas.com for current availability.
What’s New on the 2027 Ford Bronco
Here are the headline changes in Ford’s guide:
- New 3.0L EcoBoost V6. It’s available on Outer Banks, Badlands (4-door), Heritage Edition and Filson. It replaces the 2.7L EcoBoost V6, which Ford has deleted.
- Two new series. RTR and Filson join the lineup. Both are 4-door only. The Stroppe Edition is deleted.
- 5G modem standard on all series, replacing the 4G modem.
- Blue Ford Oval standard, replacing the black oval that came with the Black Appearance Package.
- New paint. Neptune Blue is new. Field Green Metallic is available only on Filson, and Iron Sands Copper Metallic only on Filson with the First Edition Package. Orange Fury Metallic Tri-coat and Velocity Blue Metallic are deleted.
- Package changes. The Free Wheeling Package (Big Bend) and the 60th Anniversary Package (Outer Banks) are deleted. The Big Bend Mid Package now adds a heated steering wheel. The Big Bend Black Diamond Package now includes Marine Grade Vinyl seats. The Wildtrak Package on Badlands now includes the 3.0L instead of the 2.7L.
- New options. Examples: 17-inch beadlock-capable wheels (64Z), a Bronco Graphics Package (50M), and 35-inch spare tire covers.

Want a 2-door? It’s Base or Badlands. Every Bronco in the guide is a 4×4.
Ford’s guide shows horsepower, torque and fuel economy as “TBD” as of October 13, so we won’t quote numbers we can’t back up. It doesn’t list prices either. See dealer for details.
Which 2027 Bronco Fits Las Vegas Driving?
Daily driver with weekend trips (Base, Big Bend, Outer Banks). Big Bend and Outer Banks come with 17-inch and 18-inch wheels and all-terrain tires. The Mid Packages add dual-zone climate control, heated front seats, rear parking sensors and Pro Power Onboard (400 W) in the center console, which is handy at a campsite or tailgate. If you’re sitting in a Las Vegas summer, Filson’s list includes ventilated front seats.
Trail and desert (Badlands, with or without Sasquatch). Badlands is the one with the hardware: HOSS 2.0 suspension with rear Bilstein dampers, 33-inch tires, steel bash plates, rock rails, and a washout-capable rubberized floor with drain plugs. It comes as a 2-door or 4-door. The optional Sasquatch Package (765) adds 35-inch tires, a 4.7 final drive with electronic-locking axles, high-clearance suspension and a front stabilizer bar disconnect. The new Wildtrak Package on 4-door Badlands bundles the 3.0L V6, the 10-speed automatic, Sasquatch, HOSS 3.0 FOX dampers and the Black Appearance Package.
Big-desert speed and flagship (RTR, Filson, Raptor). RTR comes standard with a 10-speed automatic, 33-inch tires and a high-clearance suspension. Filson pairs the 3.0L V6 with 35-inch tires, Lux Package content and Sasquatch hardware. Raptor stands at the top with the 3.0L H.O. V6, 37-inch tires, Raptor HOSS 4.0 with FOX Live Valve dampers, and a front stabilizer bar disconnect.
Heritage Edition. Heritage brings a white hard top, unique white wheels, plaid cloth seats and a console badge, and Oxford White is now available on this series.
Towing? A trailer tow prep pack is standard on Base, and Raptor adds Upgrade Tow Package 2. The guide doesn’t list tow ratings, so ask us for the details on the trim you want.
Colors and Options to Know Before You Spec
The 2027 palette runs through Avalanche Gray, Shadow Black, Ruby Red Metallic, Marsh Gray, Desert Sand, Oxford White and the new Neptune Blue, with Raptor also listing Shelter Green Metallic. Several colors are extra cost, so see dealer for details. Come see them in Las Vegas sun.
A few trade-offs worth knowing as you build:
- LED signature headlamps and LED taillamps (option 68S) are now a separate option on Outer Banks and Badlands instead of standard equipment.
- Outer Banks Lux and 4-door Badlands Lux add ambient footwell and rear lighting. The B&O sound system in those packages is now a 10-speaker unit with a subwoofer, and a 12-speaker version is a separate new option (58P).
- Tube doors have been dropped from the dealer-installed options list, for both 2-door and 4-door Broncos.
